It’s all about perspective, baby blueshirts. There are only six NHL teams and they are the Original Six. Only one of the Six has won Lord Stanley’s Mug since Messier’s Rangers in ’94 and I was in Vancouver for that! It’s time to do it all over again this year. Of the Six we are The One. 

I’ve been following the Rangers since Rod Gilbert was partying with Andy Warhol. How cool is that baby blueshirts? I remember Ron Duguay and his rock star hair and I’ve been saying Potvin Sucks! since he was a little boy.   Having saved the world from global warming I’m moving on to my next challenge – documenting the Rangers and their 07-08 Cup drive.

I’ve been a Ranger fan since ’94. The Yankees sucked and I wanted something to watch in the off-season (oh how the tides turned!). Flipping through the channels I found hockey and instantly fell in love. Of course, since I’m a girl, I’m constantly accused of loving the players more than the sport (so not true—though some of our boys are pretty easy on the eyes). I’m here to give the world a lady’s perspective—and no I don’t close my eyes and squeal every time someone gets slammed into the boards.
